Privacy Policy

PureFold.Delivery collects the following personal information solely to process your orders and communicate with you about our services:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with service providers (Stripe, Twilio) strictly necessary to fulfill your order.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing support@purefold.delivery. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

SMS Policy

By providing your phone number and scheduling a pickup, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from PureFold.Delivery about your orders, pickups, deliveries, and account activity. Message frequency varies based on order activity.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using our services. You may still schedule and manage orders via email or the web portal without opting in to SMS.

Payments & Billing

All prices are per laundry bag unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of pickup — never before your order is in our hands.

Terms of Service

By using PureFold.Delivery, you agree to provide accurate information, pay for services rendered, and use our platform lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Service Area ZIP Codes: 33131, 33130, 33132 (Miami/Brickell), 33301, 33304, 33308 (Fort Lauderdale area). Service outside these ZIP codes is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County or Broward County, Florida, as applicable to your service area.

Lost, Damaged & Missing Items

Every laundry bag is photographed at the time of pickup as a record of condition and receipt. By tendering your bag to a PureFold.Delivery driver, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Claims Deadline: All claims for missing, lost, or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@purefold.delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Exclusions: PureFold.Delivery is not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in pockets, undisclosed delicates, or items that are not suitable for standard machine washing and drying.
  3. High-Value Items: Do not place items valued over $150 in laundry bags. PureFold.Delivery is not responsible for loss or damage to high-value items under any circumstances.
  4. Maximum Liability per Item: In the event PureFold.Delivery is found liable, our maximum liability is $150 per individual item, based on the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
  5. Maximum Liability per Order: Total liability for any single order shall not exceed $500, regardless of the number of items or the claimed value of the bag's contents.
  6. Lost Bag: In the rare event an entire bag is lost, PureFold.Delivery's maximum liability shall not exceed one complimentary service credit equal to the price paid for that single order. No cash refunds will be issued for lost bags.
  7. No Consequential Damages: PureFold.Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the loss, damage, or delay of any order.

By using our services, you expressly agree to these limitations. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every order. If you are not satisfied with how your laundry was cleaned or folded, we will make it right.

Free Re-Clean: If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will re-clean your laundry at no additional charge.

Late Delivery Guarantee: If your delivery is more than 2 hours late without prior notice from our team, your next order is free.

To submit a satisfaction claim, email support@purefold.delivery or text us at (786) 321-8372 within 24 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureFold.Delivery's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

This Limitation of Liability is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
